Maintenance
Kelburne Construction undertakes maintenance as part of the routine framework, under maintenance contracts or as and when required.
It is vital that building and construction works are preserved in a satisfactory condition to conserve, protect and safeguard from damage, through routinely maintaining them.
We include a variety of services – preventative maintenance, callouts, routine, planned upkeep and responsive maintenance as well as emergency maintenance. We also provide drainage, road maintenance, and specialise in bridge maintenance.

We will work over weekends to avoid busy times and minimise disruption in, for example, hospital car parks, where access and space are imperative. As always, we work closely with the client and in accordance with all regulations and relevant guidelines. Our staff hold Disclosure Scotland/ PVG certificates. We have a 24/7 emergency call out service.
