Whitlees Community Centre
The work on this project involved upgrade to the external areas of the community centre, to include alterations to car park area, disabled spaces, new footpath, retaining walls in facing brickwork, security fencing and gates, handrails and hard and soft landscaping.
The works were carried out while the centre was in use, maintaining access at all times. The new entrance was also adjacent to the access to the adjacent Primary School, therefore safety of the children and the public was top priority, requiring limitations on work methods and working times.
The work was completed to the satisfaction of the client.
